We are seeking a talented, creative, and results-driven Video Production Lead to oversee all aspects of our video production process. This role requires an individual with a strong background in video production, leadership, and project management. In this role, you’ll be manage

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of creative video producer(s), and freelancers

  • Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end video production process, including pre-production planning, shooting, editing, and post-production. Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with the company’s objectives.

  • Creative Direction: Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, design, and content, to develop creative concepts and video strategies that align with business goals.

  • Creative Execution: Lighting, white balancing, filming, editing, colour correcting, sound mixing and whatever else is necessary in creating the most fantastical videos our world has yet to see. This role requires rolling up the sleeves.

  • Quality Control: Maintain high-quality standards for all video content, ensuring all videos meet brand guidelines, technical specifications, and industry best practices.

  • Budget Management: Manage the department’s budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources while maintaining high production values.

  • Technical Oversight: Stay up to date on the latest trends and technologies in video production, ensuring the department uses state-of-the-art equipment and software.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in video production, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.

  • Strong proficiency with video production software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, , After Effects,).

  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and delivering video projects on time and within budget.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

  • Strong creative vision with a keen eye for detail and an understanding of storytelling techniques.

  • Ability to adapt and problem-solve in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.

  • Familiarity with video production equipment (cameras, lighting, audio, etc.) and best practices for shoots.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Production, or related field (preferred).

  • Knowledge of motion graphics and animation is a plus.
